What customers say?

“ Usually restaurants in hotels are hit or miss. This is absolutely a hit. Some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. The flavor for the spaghetti was incredible! Meatballs were slightly overdone but still delicious. The chicken alfredo was very good too. Flavor overall 10/10 ”

“ The restaurant is situated in The Last Hotel. We had the chicken parmesan, spinach salad and goat cheese bread. All of the food was delicious. The atmosphere was very nice, pillows along cushioned seating is a comfortable touch. I enjoyed the music that played any classic songs. Our waitress was extremely attentive even during a busy time. I would highly recommend. We are also planning to stay at the hotel as we enoyed our visit. There is a rooftop pool. There was a plethora of parking as well. ”

“ It looked amazing and had a good atmosphere to the place. Everyone seem to be having a good time and the food was good. The biggest issue is the ones that keep coming up of staffing issues. The staff that do show up are great but they can only do so much when they’re doing the work of 3 people. Overall if you’re not in a rush though it’s a great place to go. The bar is lovely too ”

- Robert Clark -

“ Even if you’re a local, you need to eat here! I got the classic burger, tasted delicious! The fries were basic but perfectly crispy and just yum! My husband got the margarita pizza and could not stop raving about it! He said it’s the best margarita pizza he has ever had! We will definitely be coming back! Maybe for breakfast or dinner! ”

“ Ultima Cucina provides a fabulous dining experience in the heart of downtown Saint Louis. Everything is made fresh everyday. The meats are aged and prepared onsite or are the proper goods imported from Italy. The sauces are fresh and delicious, nothing from a can. This is an experience you MUST have if you ever find yourself in STL! ”

“ Comfortable dining for the kids with amazing taste. We had meatball apetizer, Caesar salad, beef noodles, gnocchi, pizza, and drinks. ”

- Josh P -

“ Excellent food. The chicken parm was superb. The salad was exceptionally tasty....spinach, goat cheese, lightly candied walnuts, and apple slices with a vinaigrette. It was a genuine winner! There was a bit of a wait to get in but worth it and we were treated well. ”

“ We went there on New Year’s Eve, we were 5 and we’ve had reservations at 6:30pm. Walked in and they pointed a table for us which was practically in the lobby where the host was couple of feet away and the kitchen is even closer and when we asked to move for another table, the host said that all the tables were “booked”. Anyway we ordered 4 appetizers and 5 main dishes. SCALLOPS Carrot puree, smoked almonds, grapefruit supremes -I would give it a 7, the pure tasted better than the scallops. I wouldn’t order it again. GOAT CHEESE TART, ROASTED BEETS Micro greens, toasted walnut, balsamic, pickled mustard seed -That was good and I would try again. PRAWNS AND POPCORN GRITS ....... fire roasted prawns, popcorn grits, lobster broth -This was a great, the prawns well cooked and the grits was exceptional. And the Bianca Pizza This too was a good choice. As for the main dishes. SALMON Seared and cooked well. DUCK BREAST The breast was seared to perfection. Crispy and delicious. And the wild rice elevated the dish to a new level. The steak and chicken were good choices but wouldn’t beat the Duck breast. Service was good, our server Sidney did a good job. Sadly after we were done with dinner. Almost all other tables were still available unlike what the host has said when we asked for another table. Over all a good experience yet we won’t trying it again any time soon. ”
